About Us

BME@TB (Black Minority Ethnics at The Bar), are a small number of black barristers originally based in the East Midlands. One of our members has since relocated to London. We came together as we felt there was a need for group with a local presence that supported us as black barristers. We also wanted to create a platform that would allow all of the groups and organisations representing the interests of black legal practitioners to work collaboratively.
